Kathy Forand worked for Dr. Gross at Middlebury Chiropractic for seven years, ending in 1998. She has tremendous experience in customer service and a heart of gold. You will find her at the front desk during our morning hours, with a purpose of helping you get the most out of your chiropractic care.
Jana DellVeneri worked for Dr. Gross for two years some 18 years ago. Her professional expertise is in insurance billing and patient finances. Middlebury Chiropractic has never been as efficient in this area as it is right now. If an insurance company has an obligation, she will hold them to it. She is also terrific when it comes to explaining patient benefits and any other aspect of insurance companies and their policies.
Paula Duchaine is our newest team mate. She has extensive experience at the front desk in the healthcare world. She has a great combination of personal assets that make your visits both memorable and enjoyable. She is outgoing, friendly and efficient; a blend of traits that you don’t see every day.
The team has a one of a kind mixture of talents that will help you get the most out of your effort to get and stay healthy at Middlebury Chiropractic. There are many services offered that may be of great benefit to you as well. Dr. Gross has been adjusting patients in Middlebury for over 24 years now. He is always looking to learn more about health and how chiropractic, nutrition and exercise can improve on your health.
